The Company
A new opportunity exists for an experienced HR Coordinator to join this reputable award-winning natioanl organisation in the not-for-profit sector. This organisation is based in Mentone, very close to public transport with ample car parking for employees.
  
The Role
Reporting into the Service Manager, your main responsibility will be to provide high quality operational, administrative and HR system support to the organisation. 
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
  • Assist with general HR queries based on EBA/Award
  • Ensure all new starter documentation is complete
  • Coordinate recruitment activities
  • Generate letters of offers and contracts through WorkDay
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinate inductions and training
  • Draft seek and internal job advertisements
  • Process and coordinate police checks
  • Database administration including employee detail changes
  • Candidate and stakeholder management
  • Maintain HR systems
  • Provide general and ad hoc administrative assistance to the team
  
What do I need to be successful?
  • Proven experience in a HR Administration/Coordinator/ Advisor/Recruitment role in a corporate environment
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources would be highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and exposure to HRIS systems such as WorkDay is desirable 
  • Ability to build positive relationships, negotiate and problem solve
  • Flexible and a professional attitude with an ability to promote a positive HR reputation throughout the business
